The Pine Rooms can accommodate groups of up to 280. A flexible floor plan consisting of three meeting rooms adapt easily to your function specifications.

Conference Center for Small, Private Meetings

The Pine Rooms at Village Square are a 3,500 sq. ft.  meeting center, divisible into three separate rooms.  With space for registration and general sessions, as well as  meals, breaks and receptions, this is a comfortable facility for groups of 280 that want a private venue.  Conveniently located in the Village at Copper, it is just steps from lodging and resort activities. It is also a suitable for large conferences headquartered in the Copper Conference Center and offers additional space for general sessions and breakouts.
