• Air contracts with major airlines exclude Saturday night stays and minimum advance purchase.
• Hertz Car Rental meeting rates valid in Denver, Colorado Springs and Eagle Vail Airports.  Attendees will save on daily or weekly rental with special meeting ID.
• Scheduled ground transportation available via Colorado Mountain Express (varies by season)
• Group rates for ground transportation services including 10 passenger vans, private sedans, suburban or executive vans and 25, 47 and 55 passenger motor coaches.
